Interoperable data models and catalogues for discovery, access and curation of human health research data from different cohorts

WP2 will develop a federated catalogue to make cohort data items and existing harmonizations findable.
Objectives:
- To develop data models that guarantee the interoperability of human health research data from different repositories containing different types of data
- To improve the ability of researchers to find relevant cohorts, to assess if data are fit for purpose, to request access to cohort data and to be able to estimate the statistical power of combining data from several cohorts.
Deliverables: WP2 will deliver a federated metadata catalogue to promote findability of cohort data consisting of a accepted standard cohort metadata model, their data item semantic annotations, and cross-cohort mapping to harmonize these data for pooled analysis (from WP4), and training material for the catalogue.
