The Project Management Team is responsible for the effective day-to-day management and the organisational coordination and communication of the EUCAN-Connect project. The Team is composed of the Project Coordinator, Prof. Dr. Morris Swertz, and the Project Manager, Eleanor Hyde. The Management Team is the primary contact for the European Commission and manages the administrative, financial, ethical, and legal matters of the project.

The Project Coordinator is responsible for the overall scientific progress and coordination of the project as well as for chairing the Annual General Meetings and the Executive Board and for taking all actions to enable proper decision making by these decision bodies.

The Manager assists the Coordinator in all daily matters regarding the EUCAN-Connect project.
