The Data to Knowledge (D2K) research group seeks to appoint a Research Assistant under the European Union funded EUCANconnect grant. You will work under the supervision of the senior members of the research group to support rigorous evaluation and documentation of components of our evolving software tool “DataSHIELD” and to develop appropriate training, teaching and support materials to facilitate its use particularly by researchers in the EUCANconnect consortium. DataSHIELD is an open-source software application that provides for privacy-protected analysis of sensitive health-related data, including when working with federated data in a distributed setting (www.datashield.ac.uk; www.github.com/datashield).
